Jordanian Facoose

(Cucumis melo var. chate) An immature heirloom melon-cucumber from Jordan. This light green cylindrical fruit has nice crisp, texture and a pleasant clean aftertaste. While most commonly grown to be harvested very young for pickling, they can be allowed to grow to 1-1.5 inches in diameter for fresh eating. Sourced from a Jordanian immigrant in 2024. 24 Seeds.
