If – for any reason – you are not satisfied with your seed, we will gladly provide a full refund, free of restocking fees, for at least up to 120 days from purchase date. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping seeds back. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the return. These policies apply to products both defective and not defective as well as to all purchases from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Italy.
We ask that you please request a refund before providing any reviews, as negative reviews can slow down the refund process.
Cucumber shop only guarantees seed quality and will not be held liable for more than the purchase price.
